Behind Indoze is a deeply personal journey.
The story begins with Meenu Sengar, whose own health struggles became the inspiration for something much bigger.
As a diabetic patient, managing health naturally was a constant challenge. Instead of accepting limitations, she turned to something that has been trusted in Indian households for centuries — Ayurveda and kitchen-based herbal remedies.
Through careful research and experimentation, she created a simple herbal powder using natural ingredients. What started as a personal solution slowly began showing positive results in her own health.
Encouraged by the improvement, she shared the same formula with close friends, relatives, and their parents who were facing similar health concerns.
The feedback was overwhelming.
It wasn't just helping — it was making a real difference in people's lives.
At that moment, it became clear that this was not just a home remedy anymore. It had the potential to help many more families looking for natural wellness solutions.
With courage and belief in this mission, Meenu Sengar decided to leave her job and fully dedicate herself to building something meaningful.
Together with Shuja Ilahi, the vision of Indoze was born.
