Shipping & Delivery

Return Eligibility

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or replacement, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the parcel.

The video must show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The entire unboxing process

  • The product condition inside the parcel

This video is required so our team can verify the issue and process your request quickly.

Important: Return or refund requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
