Placing an order

To place an order with INDOZE, simply browse our online catalogue and select the items you wish to purchase. Enter the desired quantity and click on “Order”. When you have finished selecting items, click on the “Checkout” link and provide your shipping and payment information. We offer various payment options for your convenience, so choose the one that suits you best. Once payment is successfully processed, we will process and ship your order within our stipulated timelines. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Payment options

INDOZE accepts various modes of payment for immediate online orders, including domestic and international credit cards issued by Visa and MasterCard Network member banks and institutions, as well as Visa debit cards from select Indian banks. A full list of eligible banks is available during the check-out process before making payment.

When making an online transaction with a Visa or MasterCard credit card, please provide your 16-digit card number, expiry date, and 3-digit CVV number located on the back of the card. You should also have enrolled your Credit Card with VBV (Verified by Visa) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code) to complete the transaction. For American Express cards, a 15-digit card number and a 4-digit code are required.

Your bank statement will reflect the credit card transaction as a payment to Net Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd.

Cash on delivery policy

– ‘Cash on Delivery’ is available for domestic orders above INR 249 only.

– We follow safety protocols with our courier partners to ensure that the package you receive is safe.

– If you are unavailable during the time of delivery, please provide an alternative address or contact number within 48 hours of order placement for successful delivery.

– If a ‘COD’ order is returned due to unavailability or any other reason, we will reship the order only if it is converted to a prepaid order post-delivery failure.

– Customers placing ‘COD’ orders will receive a call for order confirmation. If they fail to respond, they will receive an email informing cancellation of the ‘COD’ order.

– If a customer refuses delivery of a ‘COD’ order twice, they will not be eligible for ‘COD’ for future orders and can only place prepaid orders.

– Claims for missing items or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by writing to us at support@indoze.com.

– Shipping/billing address cannot be changed post-order placement.

– If you wish to cancel a ‘COD’ order, inform our customer service team via email with the order number on the same day you placed the order.

– ‘COD’ orders cannot be refunded in the original mode of payment and will only be refunded via the brand online voucher.

Pricing Policy

– The prices of the products listed on our website are updated regularly but are subject to change without prior notice.

– All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of taxes.

– The current pricing will be applicable at the time of shipping.

– Our products are liable for GST in India.

– For international orders, local duties may be applicable and the customer will be responsible for paying them.

– We cannot predict the amount of these charges in advance and are not liable to pay them.

Payment Security

– SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and Secure Data Encryption using a 1024-bit process protect all transactions on INDOZE Online.

– Your information is sent in a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) session and encrypted to protect against disclosure to third parties.

– We follow best security practices adopted by major online vendors.

– Look for the padlock icon at the bottom corner or end of the address bar of your browser window to verify your browser is in a secure mode.

CVV/CVC

– The Credit Verification Value (CVV) or Credit Validation Code (CVC) is a security feature that reduces the risk of Internet fraud.

– It is a 3 or 4-digit code on the reverse side of your credit card, found in the signature area.

– We ask for the CVV/CVC code during your transaction to ensure the card is in your possession.

Out-of-Stock Items

– We apologize for the inconvenience if your item is out of stock.

– We will contact you within 2 business days to discuss how you want the order handled.

– We do not back order items we cannot fulfil immediately.

Cancellation Policy

– To cancel your INDOZE order, send an email to support@indoze.com or call Customer Care within 24 hours of placing the order.

– Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

– A 2.5% payment gateway charge will apply if the order is cancelled within the timeline.

– The balance will be refunded to the cardholder and credited through the same payment instrument within 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

Shipping Policy

– Orders will be delivered between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday, excluding public holidays.

– Goods require a signature upon delivery. If the recipient is not available, they can suggest an alternative person to receive the order. However, INDOZE will not be responsible for goods signed by an alternative person.

– Certain courier partners may require an OTP for delivery, which will be sent to the phone number provided during checkout.

– INDOZE is not responsible for any damage that occurs after delivery.

– Any claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

– Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other factors. These charges will be displayed at checkout.

– INDOZE is only responsible for complying with export and customs laws in the country of shipment. The consignee is responsible for compliance with import and customs laws in the destination country.

– The number of products ordered may exceed the total number permissible by the destination country. Customers must consider these limits when placing orders.

– The consignee is responsible for the entry of the products into the destination country and compliance with all applicable laws, including payment of customs duty, import duty, VAT, and other applicable taxes.

– If an order does not clear customs in the destination country, INDOZE may consider a refund of the order amount after deducting shipping costs, return duty charges, and other processing fees.

– Customers must confirm that their order and products comply with the laws of their country before placing an order.
